The Idea
The idea of the initiative is the development of "crowd funding" where we are offering an opportunity to invest in property by contributing to a joint fund with other members of the community. We can receive profits by receiving interest that are much higher than a bank. "Crowd funding" offers an exciting opportunity for those who want to climb the 'property ladder' without the trouble of having to deal with the challenging process of buying. This is also an opportunity to make the most of your money and contribute to assets that you can see and measure.
How it Works
Initially we will try to offer the service through a company that already exists and is respected in the "property crowdfunding" field. The intention will be to invest jointly over a diverse portfolio of properties. The hope is to establish a fund that is independent with an emphasis on Wales - but one step at a time!

Established companies already investing in “crowd funding” usually require a contribution of £1,000 as a minimum investment. This can be a difficult target for one person, but if we all as a community invest what we could (e.g. £25 up), it is a target that will be achieved. CRONVA is hoping to ensure that our investors could get a 5% return on investment. This is favourable compared to a normal bank. Our hope is that our investors are receiving returns within the specified period (one year or less), with very little effort or expenditure to our clients. As a team that is constantly developing, we are always looking at potential opportunities, and we believe, by creating a community of investors, that we can grow and benefit from an increasingly complex modern market and in a climate where time feels so scarce.
